J LH is captivated by the mysterious history and atmosphere of her garden in which a waterfall tumbles down to ever-changing water and it forms the magical border between England and Wales. The last place in Britain where fairies were sited . High above the waterfalls and surrounded by majestic trees the old house and buildings whisper anecdotes of creative visitors across the centuries ranging from JMW Turner to GQs Dylan Jones! The Hay Literature Festival held just across the field each year, brings countless other superstars into the zone. This is where Janet has made a studio. Harrods, HN, Charivari, Seibu, Maxfield … long list!
